MedCalc was founded and developed by Dr. Jitendra Bhardwaj out of a necessity to modernize clinical workflows. In high-stress environments like the ICU, ER, or during busy morning rounds, every second counts. Traditional medical calculators were often clunky, outdated, or lacked the strict security protocols required in modern healthcare.
Seeing the intersection between clinical informatics and advanced software engineering, Dr. Jitendra set out to build a better solution. Leveraging highly responsive mobile development frameworks and modern web infrastructure, MedCalc was born. We designed it from the ground up to be a frictionless, cross-platform tool that clinicians actually want to use.
